The sign of the dragon this year, more specifically, is the wood dragon. The wood element is seen in Daoist tradition as a return to a natural state, which in the case of the dragon, points to the return of goodness and Confucian thought interprets wood as a symbol of unlimited potential.

“I see the year of the Wood Dragon as a year with unlimited potential for prosperity,” he said. “If we continue tribal thinking and selfish thinking, we will not achieve it.”

With ongoing wars around the world and a political year around the world, it is important to approach controversial discussions in good faith.

“Being kind, kind, loving, and compassionate will bring you abundance,” explains Lee.

The Years of the Dragon, which fall in 1976, 1988, 2000, 2012 and 2024, have long been associated with highly valued traits.

Those born in the year of the dragon are often said to be generous, can be great leaders, and have a lot of charisma. In fact, many parents plan births around the year of the dragon.
